We are looking for a talented supervisor to support in leading the Jones Road team in the opening and day-to-day operations of its first brick-and-mortar store in Chestnut Hill, MA! The ideal candidate is energetic and experienced in makeup artistry with a passion for clean, natural beauty to assist and educate customers while providing the highest level of customer experience in our store. The Supervisor will support the store manager in managing front- and back-of-house store operations to create a best-in-class customer experience, training and mentoring the store team of makeup artists, and consistently increase in-store sales performance.
