Bianca – Wood Fire Pizza Cooks

Bianca is a full-service lunch and dinner restaurant. Bianca is now hiring full and part-time Woodfire Grill Cooks. Previous kitchen experience working with pizza is ideal, but not required. The ideal candidate will be interested in learning to cook with live fire or honing their craft while working with our custom Mugnaini pizza oven.

Founded and owned by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Tim and advanced sake professional certified Nancy Cushman, Bianca is a part of the Cushman Concepts portfolio of restaurants with world-class, unique hospitality experiences including o ya and Hojoko Japanese Tavern.

Bianca is a neighborhood restaurant that provides an escape for guests to dine in the restaurant, enjoy drinks at the large bar area or take out from the special take-out menu. The menu is varied, fun, and extremely high quality featuring sushi, woodfire pizza, Roman-style pizza, and California-inspired dishes.
