The Street Sweat: B/SPOKE

We’re teaming up with B/SPOKE for free TRAIN X classes with Jen on The Green! Join us for a full-body workout that pairs movement to the beat of the music with off-the-beat interval training. Expect a unique combination of strength training, high-energy cardio bursts, and core work – all set to a motivating playlist! All classes include a dynamic warmup and cool-down stretch. Suited for all levels. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water bottle.
