The Street Sweat: Jenna with Higher Love Yoga

On your mark, get set, SWEAT! Join us and Jenna from Higher Love Yoga Project for a yoga session on The Street, Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. This class welcomes all levels and focuses on vinyasa yoga practice, built upon the union of breath and movement. Registration is required. You can register by selecting register the button below!
About Jenna and the session:
Join Jenna with Higher Love Yoga Project for a 45-minute all-level vinyasa yoga practice. This style of yoga is built upon the union of breath and movement. Class will include elements of flowing, breathing exercises (pranayama), and functional movement. Jenna will lead you through a dynamic sequence designed to increase your energy, strength, and flexibility. Bring a yoga mat, water, an open mind, and heart.
Jenna has been practicing yoga since 2013 and considers a yoga studio her second home. She has been teaching since 2015 and in 2020, Jenna completed her 300-Hour professional teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga.
Jenna is extremely grateful for her practice that brings mindfulness and freedom into her daily life and for the people she has met through teaching yoga. She sees herself as a student first and is eager to learn more from her teachers, other forms of movement, and her own practice.
Her classes are intentionally driven through sequencing, theming, breath and music. Jenna’s goal for every class is to have her students feel more grounded and connected to themselves. Outside of yoga, you’ll find Jenna at the dog park or hiking with her 1-year-old corgi Rue.
