The Street Sweat: LIT2LIFT

Jump into outdoor classes on The Green with the Boston-based fitness community, LIT2LIFT! LIT2LIFT is a 45-minute hybrid workout that incorporates high-intensity strength training and cardio exercises. Class will start with a warm-up and end with a guided stretch to help you get the most out of your workout.

All fitness levels are welcome! Bring a mat, water, and towel (if necessary)! Sneakers are required.
