Let’s cap off the Summer and usher the Fall season with lululemon Ambassador and strength & conditioning coach, Gyee O’Malley, for a total body conditioning workout. This bodyweight conditioning class brings high-energy exercises infused with shadow boxing movements. Grab a mat and your friends for a Sunday Funday! All levels are welcome.

Meet the Coach: Gyee is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor who loves all things fitness and running in the great outdoors. She currently coaches at Burn Boot Camp, Rumble Boxing and Life Time Fitness in the Boston/Greater Boston area. She lives in Boston with her husband and 2 loving kitties.
