Celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month with an uplifting experience combining mindfulness and community connection.

We invite you to participate in a vinyasa flow class led by our yoga ambassador and licensed mental health clinician, Sarah Schermerhorn, on Sunday May 18th at 9:30am. This class is suitable for all skill levels. It will begin with a brief meditation to help participants center themselves and set their intentions for the day. Following the meditation, we will transition into a dynamic and athletic flow, allowing participants to explore their physical strength while cultivating a deeper awareness of their mental and emotional resilience. After the yoga class, please take the opportunity to connect with several mental health professionals from our community who are dedicated to making mental health support visible and accessible to everyone.
