The Street SWEAT: Yoga Series with Down Under Yoga

Join Down Under Yoga on The Green for a one-hour Flow Vinyasa practice at The Street.

Flow is a challenging, joyful Vinyasa practice that connects movement to breath in a vigorous sequence of yoga poses. The class cultivates deep physical opening and absorption of the mind in the rhythm of breath and body. Flow classes introduce inversions, more challenging backbends and arm balances and move at a moderate to fast pace, so knowing the basics is helpful. Shawna’s powerhouse sequences are challenging, deliberately designed to bring you to your edge so that you can examine what is hard. With brilliant creativity and a lighthearted spirit, Shawna delivers yoga that shifts your perspective.

Class is complimentary, but tickets are required as space is limited. Please bring a mat and your water bottle to class.

In the event of rain, class will be cancelled and ticketholders will be notified via Eventbrite.
