Join a like-minded community of women for a Positive Mindset Workshop at Fleuri to help let go of old, limiting beliefs and gain a more open, positive perspective to be your happiest and healthiest self. Mindful Yoga will help release tension in the body and Mindful Meditation will help train the mind to be more positive and grateful, release negativity, and help you live from a more positive place.
