The Street gets a splash of color as it unveils its latest public art installation—a vibrant new mural by acclaimed street artist James Goldcrown—in partnership with Newton-Wellesley Hospital.

Now on-view at The Street, the #LoveWall mural and property-wide installation features hundreds of colorful bleeding hearts, resulting in a timeless, universal work of art that can be understood by any and all. The Street is proud to partner with Newton-Wellesley Hospital to bring this public art installation to life, an institution dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community through promoting all functions of the heart – love, community, cardiovascular wellness, prevention and treatment.

Debuting his work at Art Basel in Miami in 2015, West London born Goldcrown has quickly built an empire on his hearts. His #LoveWall murals can be seen across the world in New York, California, Japan, South Korea, China, Brazil and now, for the first time ever, New England.

With a 15 foot #LoveWall mural and colorful hearts sprinkled throughout The Street, we’re spreading the love – one heart at a time. J.Goldcrown x The Street #LoveWall in partnership with Newton-Wellesley Hospital is located on the pond side of The Street next to Polkadog.
