Chef Ron is returning to his Italian roots by providing guests with a taste of his antipasti, award-winning pastas, and secondi that have become popular through his restaurants and his James Beard Award-winning cookbook, Pasta Sfoglia and follow up cookbook, The Italian Table. The new restaurant, Chef Ronsky’s Trattoria, offers table service and is open seven days a week.
