We work diligently with a dedication to quality at our core. We are seeking a Bakery Manager to lead the team at Mia’s Bakery Chestnut Hill.

Duties:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bakery department
  • Manage and coordinate food production for banquets, events, and catering orders
  • Ensure quality and consistency of bakery products
  • Train and supervise bakery staff, including assistant managers and bakers
  • Create and update menus based on customer preferences and seasonal availability
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality bakery products
