Looking for our next Senior Shift Lead / Lead Barista to join The Half Cookie.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in coffee + hospitality
• Warm & genuinely great with people
• Fast-moving + thinks a few steps ahead
• Organized + detail-oriented
• A positive, confident team leader
• Someone who notices what needs to be done ✨
• This is a hands-on floor leadership role — working alongside the team while helping maintain our standards for hospitality, pace, training, cleanliness + organization.
• $22/hr + tips
• Full-time preferred
• Weekend availability required
• Chestnut Hill, MA
• 2+ years café/hospitality experience preferred. Previous shift lead, keyholder or leadership experience strongly preferred.
