Bianca Holiday Group Dining Rewards

Planning a December or January gathering at Bianca? Book early and choose a reward for your group. The tier depends on when Bianca receives your signed agreement and deposit, not your event date.

• Book by Oct. 31: a $200 Bianca gift card for the host.

From an intimate dinner to a full buyout, the events team designs the menu and runs the night, so you get to be a guest at your own party. Valid on new private event, group dining, and catering bookings for December 2026 and January 2027. One incentive per event; cannot be combined with other offers. Service charge, tax, and gratuity not included. Email events@umamiriot.com to start planning.
