Get ready to see a whole new side of The Street. Located in the center of the property, a revitalized space will add architectural intrigue and a host of new uses that will help our community continue to grow.

Spanning 90,000 square feet across three levels, the building will complement the already robust lineup of retail and dining offerings at The Street. We’re thrilled to welcome even more of the best in specialty retail, fashion, fitness, and culinary concepts, including several more local businesses, to this exciting space beginning in Late Spring/Summer 2024.

Designed to embrace and highlight some of the original features of the existing building, this central hub of The Street will create a guest experience that’s fresh, interesting and like nothing else in the area. Architecturally distinctive

The curvature and brickwork of 27 Boylston will remain while the building will be reimagined with masonry, metal, wood, enlarged windows, and lush greenery crawling up, around and above, enhancing the architecturally distinctive structure.

Space to meander and explore

An elevated walkway will wrap around the building to a second level of retail shops and a 64 ft. bridge will transport guests through a tree canopy to the property’s southern façade.
